We offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We offer free shipping on orders over 300 AED.

AÏT Active is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
